We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Campus Manager to lead the academic, operational, compliance, and project delivery functions of a dynamic skills development and training environment based in Centurion.
This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all campus activities across academics, accreditation, assessments, learner management, facilitator coordination, project delivery, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining accreditation standards, managing quality assurance processes, driving project execution, supporting learner success, and ensuring alignment with all QCTO, SETA, DHET, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all academic and operational activities across programmes
• Manage accreditation, compliance, and quality assurance processes
• Ensure all assessments, moderation, and verification activities are executed correctly
• Maintain and update QMS systems and academic documentation
• Coordinate facilitators, learner administration, project schedules, and timetables
• Manage learner support interventions and workplace hosting arrangements
• Drive project delivery according to timelines, targets, budgets, and outcomes
• Liaise with QCTO, SETAs, ETQAs, DHET, and other stakeholders
• Compile and submit reports to clients and regulatory bodies
• Oversee WSP/ATR submissions and Skills Development Facilitation functions
• Support executive management with operational and academic strategy implementation
• Collaborate with the LMS team to maintain accredited learning content and systems
Minimum Requirements
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Strong understanding of:
• QCTO
• SETA processes
• Accreditation requirements
• Assessments, moderation, and verification
• Skills development legislation
Proven experience within:
• Skills development
• Training
• Education
• Learnerships
• Academic administration
• Strong project coordination and operational management experience
• Experience managing facilitators, learners, and stakeholder relationships
• Excellent reporting, administration, and organisational skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Experience working with LMS platforms advantageous
